It’s time to recognize the full worth of yourself, and understand to appreciate yourself first. When you start lovin’ yourself first, you’ll find your own unique way of doing things. Act on what you need rather than what you want. You love yourself when you can turn away from something that feels good and exciting to what you need to stay strong, centered, and moving forward in your life, instead. By staying focused on what you need, you turn away from automatic behavior patterns that get you into trouble, keep you stuck in the past, and lessen self-love.
Only then you’ll glow!!
Don’t let anyone dull your sparkle!
Often, we harshly judge ourselves for every mistake we make, or every time someone does better than us. But it’s time to show some self-compassion. When faced with difficult life struggles, or confronting personal mistakes and failures, self-compassion responds with kindness rather than harsh self-judgment, recognizing that imperfection is part of every human experience. Have an open, curious, non-judging attitude, not overidentifying with negative stories about the self. Self-kindness. Allow to make mistakes and learn from them.
This campaign, called MAKE A STATEMENT, with C-THRU, came to the end. I’m so glad to be part of, again, this year, and to motivate thousands of girls to show their own way of expressing, their own self-love, and showing who they really are, not scared at all. I can say that I like every girl, and I appraciate and support them. Besides who gets the Zara coupon, you’re all winners!
This makeup transformation was made by my amazing team – MISS EN. I usually do my natural look makeup, but this time we’re a lil bit braver, so we did a STATEMENT look., Because it was transormation, I used my lens by Pinky Paradise. Don’t judge, I do this ones in a while, just to go outside my comfort zone.
